Adoption:

I am an experienced guide that can help you deal with the many agencies and procedures required when your are adopting.  I do understand.  I am an adoptive parent so I have been in your shoes!  My main goal is to help you through the process as smoothly and efficiently as possible.  I will keep you informed about the status of your case and be available to talk with you throughout your adoption proceeding.  Adoptions are not “cases” to me – they are children!

Criminal Defense:

If you have been charged with a crime I can represent you.  In the past I prosecuted felonies and took approximately twenty-eight cases to trial within two years.  I can represent you if you have been charged with a misdemeanor or a felony – whether you have been charged with DUI, Assault, Theft or any other crime, I can help.

General Litigation:

As a former prosecutor I am comfortable in the courtroom. Please call me if, for example; you need representation related to a real estate contract or other contractual dispute.

Business/Contract Law:
