I am a lifelong resident of Lexington. My past legal experience includes Law Clerk to the Kentucky Supreme Court Chief Justice, Assistant Fayette County Commonwealth’s Attorney, Kentucky State Police legal counsel, Kentucky Department of Insurance legal counsel, and Kentucky Juvenile Justice Department legal counsel. I have been fortunate to practice law in many different areas and in courtrooms across the state of Kentucky. I am admitted to the practice of law in all of the state courts in Kentucky and in the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky Federal Courts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit. I want to help you with your case and I believe that my past nineteen (19) years of law practice in many different areas and across the state of Kentucky will help me help you!

Whether it is in law or life, I try to follow the advice my Dad,
Roy Walton, gave me years ago,

"Do what has to be done, when it has to be done,
as well as it can be done"
